Overview

Board of Directors (BoD) is the supreme governing body of Endowment Fund. It sets bylaws, rules and procedures for the conduct of EFS activities, approves grants for its various activities and delegate powers to the Chairman of the Board of Director (BoD) / Vice Chancellor, UAF for certain emergent needs. Formal approval of BoD is obtained in the next forth coming meeting. BoD also appoints other than ex-officio members of TAC/BoD.
